A visit to Myanmar, February 2006

At the invitation of the Archbishop of the Church of the Province of Myanmar, I visited three
dioceses, Yangon, Tuangoo and Mandalay in February of 2006, and presented a workshop for musicians
from each of the province´s six dioceses in Yangon. I was particularly moved by the
fact that some of the participants made such an effort to get to the workshop in Yangon that they
had to walk five days to a place where they could get an overnight bus to attend the workshop.
Dedication indeed!
